How to prepare Euroambrosias pork trotters roll?

  • Step 1: Portion when cold with help of a knife.
  • Step 2: Brown both ends in a frying pan or on a griddle over medium heat until the skin is golden brown.
  • Step 3: Preheat the oven to a 190ºC. Oven at 200-210ºC for 5-10 minutes approx.

OPTIONAL: To make carpaccio, slice cold (with he help of a slicer)
