How to prepare the Euroambrosías boneless suckling piglet ribs confit?

  • Step 1: Brown the piece in a frying pan or griddle for approximately 15 minutes over medium/low heat until the skin is golden brown.
  • Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Oven at 200ºC for10 minutes approx.
