How to prepare the Euroambrosias confit veal braised ribs?

  • 1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • 2. Preheat the oven for 180ºC. Oven at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes approx.

OPTIONAL: A charcoal grill can also be used, checking the product visually
